How do you decide which summer camp is best for your child? It is all about finding the right fit for your child! Remember they are the ones going to camp, not you, so listen intently to what they are telling you. Here are helpful tips and resources to find a summer camp or program that meets the needs of your child, and the needs of your family.

The ERICA LEE is available for nine-hour deep sea fishing trips to Jeffreys Ledge, May to October, for up to 16 anglers. We leave the dock early in the morning, usually at 7 a.m. (Earlier departures may be arranged.) The $1100 fee for the 2012 season reserves the whole boat. We will provide rods, bait and tackle, and fish cleaning. Gratuity of 15-20% for the mates appreciated. A $500 depositis required within two weeks of making a reservation. You bring your own food and beverages. (Alcohol allowed in moderation.) We also recommend you bring rubber boots, rain pants, sunscreen, sunglasses... and a camera!

Ipswich Junior Sailing

Ipswich Bay Yacht Club

The Ipswich Bay Yacht Club is a private club located in Ipswich Massachusetts on Plum Island Sound. There are approximately 200 Boating Members and a Social Membership for those desiring the club atmosphere, but perhaps retired from active boating.

Children's Island

Children's Island is 1 mile of the coast of Marblehead and managed by the YMCA

Children's Island, known as "Cat Island" prior to 1996, is an island off Marblehead, Massachusetts and is part of the City of Salem, Massachusetts. The Marblehead/Swampscott YMCA has owned and operated a children's day camp on it since 1955.
