Unleash your inner detective with this unique opportunity. Get your hands dirty using state of the art technology to characterize a fish by its DNA and protein structures. Work with our own Mary Kay Taylor, and with Emily Chandler of the Large Pelagics Research Center ( to learn the latest techniques for identifying and labeling fish meat. This is our newest marine science class. Due to inquiries it has been opened to curious adults.
